Shamanic Journey Session

January 5th, Saturday 1-4 PM in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle.

Relationship to the helping spirits is at the root of all shamanic practices. Everything we do, we do with our medicine animal spirit friends and our guides on the other side. These are strong relationships that grow over time. They are relationships of complete trust and mutual love.

Because of this, it only makes sense that learning to journey is the gateway to learning shamanism. It becomes a prerequisite for all other classes.

This class is helpful for those wanting more guidance in doing shamanic journeying and for those who are completely new to shamanic practice.

Spiritual Protection

An in-depth, no nonsense approach to Spiritual Protection, drawing parallels from everyday occurrences to spiritual illnesses.

We begin with spirit classification and otherworld cosmology in order to gain perspective on which areas of otherworld engagement are benign and which are not.

We will also look at different configurations a person can have with spirits through alignment, contract, mediumship or possession. Then we will discuss common forms of magical protection, arriving at the shamanic view on the topic and spiritual illnesses that can compromise our defense system.

To establish a strong core in spiritual protection, you will learn to journey to the Lower Realms and make direct contact with your power animal and if there is time, the Upper and Faerie Realm journeys as well. If you already have a relationship with a power animal, you are welcome to join us with your own journey intention.
